When there is a conflict between documents, the following priority shall apply:
1. Federal/State/Local Statutes
2. Recorded Plat/Map
3. Articles of Incorporation
4. Declaration of Covenants
5. ACC Bylaws
6. Rules/Regulations/Resolutions
7. Other HOA Documents (such as Meeting Minutes, Election Notices, etc.)
8. Robert's Rules of Order (Used as a framework)
